As of April 2013, the processing line is now in full operation, and we are processing superior glass for our customers.
Vetro Solar are now 19 full time employees in Sandersdorf-Brehna and another 4 full time staff in the Holding company.
HES
Vetro Solar is focused on Health, Environment and Safety (HES) first and foremost. The target is to complete the building and commissioning phase without any injuries at all (H1=0). So far the target is kept.

Dr. Christian Püttmann (46) is an industry insider and possesses broad experiences from glass business, production and processing. After studying chemistry he spent 10 years with the globally active glass concern Pilkington where he held different positions in R & D, production and management. After several other employments in the glass industry he has been working for DTEC Engineering & Consulting GmbH as Technical Director the last six years; a company providing planning, engineering, erection and commissioning of complete glass works worldwide.
